The Grand Tour
1000 Miles gets you quite a lot in Scotland. You can get the East Coast, the entirety of Skye, and a rather large chunk of the best of the West. So that’s exactly what we done.
Conditions weren’t always ideal, some of the best locations were low visibility or harsh sunlight, some were brutal to shoot in and some were cancelled altogether. But that’s half the fun, because when it all works, and everything comes together, it makes it all the more special.
A Local Touch
Thankfully the cold, wind and wet doesn’t seem to bother the locals who are always out and about when you know where to look. We met a few of them in Glencoe on our way home and couldn’t resist the urge to stop for a quick photo shoot to round off the trip.

Oh, and a quick stop to a rather pretty looking shipwreck facing Ben Nevis. No big deal.
